Edge Serve is a specialist development and delivery company focused on large-scale data-centre and AI-compute infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and selected international markets.
We operate as a co-developer, taking sites from early-stage validation to power-enabled, construction-ready hyperscale campuses. Our internal team manages development planning, technical coordination, infrastructure alignment and programme oversight from early stage through to delivery readiness.

We target sites with scalable grid access, private-wire capability, and multi-source energy strategies, including solar, gas, and next-gen battery storage.
We ensure dual-carrier, route-separated fibre from national backbones, supporting sovereign routing, low-latency delivery, and GPU-grade workloads.
Our sites are sequenced to deliver first power within 18-24 months, with design, permitting, and infrastructure phasing already in motion.
